Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to launch a career in outside B2B insurance sales. You will meet local business owners, present supplemental plans, and build lasting relationships while receiving training and mentorship.

The role offers a weekly base draw with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus licensing reimbursements and a fast sales cycle. This is a full-time, in-person position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphone, CRM, email) for daily sales activities.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance license; licensing costs reimbursed.
• Experience as an independent contractor or willingness to operate as outside sales in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners and employees as an independent contractor to introduce supplemental insurance plans.
• Present coverage options clearly and confidently to clients.
• Build relationships that extend beyond transactions with reliable service and follow-up.
• Benefit from structured training and one-on-one mentorship to apply new skills quickly.
• Track progress toward clear, staged goals and improve performance over time.
