You'll receive structured training, licensing support, and a weekly base draw with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphone, CRM tools, email communication).
• Willingness to obtain a state Health & Life Insurance license (we'll reimburse costs).

Responsibilities
