This role offers a clear ramp with a weekly base draw, uncapped commissions, bonuses, licensing support, and a fast-moving sales cycle. It’s a hands-on start with mentorship and real growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Comfortable using technology (smartphone, CRM tools, email communication)
• Willingness to obtain a state Health & Life Insurance license (we'll reimburse costs)

Responsibilities
