Epiphany Dermatology invites licensed NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive dermatology training program led by two Physician Directors, combining in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to build confidence and skill as a dermatology provider.

Training takes place in El Paso or Dallas, with daily rotations and milestone assessments, culminating in a guaranteed clinic placement after completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified NP or PA.
• Willing to relocate to Texas for training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program.
• Scanned transcripts and 1 letter of recommendation required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on dermatology clinical practice during training.
• Daily clinical rotations to maximize exposure to skin conditions.
• Guaranteed job placement at a clinic upon successful completion.
