Job summary

21st Century Personnel is seeking entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for paid OTR training with no prior experience required. New drivers will train for about 4 weeks with a professional trainer, then move into OTR, regional, or local roles depending on location and freight needs.

During training, earn $650–$900 per week; after training, earnings typically range from $1,200 to $1,600+ per week, with benefits beginning after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Have a current DOT Medical Card.
• Have graduated from an accredited CDL training school.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• CDL school training must have been completed within the past 24 months.
• Pass required DOT drug testing (urine and/or hair).
• Pass required background screening and employment verification.
• Provide a complete driving history.
