Blue Trucking is seeking a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional, or local runs. No prior driving experience is required; a valid CDL A is enough to begin training.

The program provides paid orientation and training (weekly pay $500–$1,050 depending on state), plus hotel, meals, and travel covered in advance. You’ll be placed on an account near your home ZIP code after training, with local, regional, or OTR freight as available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• No prior Class A driving experience required
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Complete training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude
