Blue Trucking is hiring a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional, or local routes. This entry program provides training, support, and experience to begin driving professionally.

Newly licensed drivers receive paid orientation and a weekly training stipend ranging from $500 to $1,050, with hotel, meals, and travel covered in advance. After training, placement on the best available account near your home area will occur.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• No prior Class A driving experience required
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must complete required training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation and training programs
• Learn to operate dry van equipment under supervision
• Be assigned to home-area accounts and routes (local, regional or OTR) after training
