Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional or local runs. This entry-level position provides training and paid orientation, with no prior driving experience required.

You will receive paid training weekly between $500 and $1,050, hotel and meals covered, and placement on routes based on ZIP code. After training, you may be placed on local, regional, or OTR freight with ongoing support from orientation through dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid physical Class A CDL required.
• No prior Class A driving experience required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must be willing to complete the training program.
• Safe driving record and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• After training, placement on the best available account near home area (local, regional, or OTR).
• Receive ongoing support through orientation, training and dispatch placement.
