Job summary

21st Century Personnel is seeking entry-level Class A CDL drivers for OTR, regional, dedicated and select local routes. No professional experience? No problem—the paid training program provides hands-on coaching and instruction to start a trucking career.

Training lasts about 4 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer. During this period you can expect to earn $650–$900 per week. After training, many drivers earn $1,200–$1,600+ per week.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Hold a current DOT Medical Card.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of training at an accredited CDL school in the last 24 months.
• Must pass required DOT drug testing.
• Pass background and employment verification checks.
• Provide a complete driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 weeks of paid on-road training with a trainer.
• Learn safe operating procedures and trip management.
• Develop real-world driving skills and freight handling.
• Build OTR/regional/dedicated driving experience.
• Earn $650–$900 per week during training.
