Job summary

Larson Cadillac is hiring an entry-level automotive technician in a full-time role. You will start with maintenance tasks, receive paid training, and work alongside experienced technicians to grow into a full technician position in a high-volume luxury dealership.

You'll train on Cadillac vehicles with modern diagnostic equipment, gain hands-on experience, and have a clear path to apprentice and flat-rate technician roles while enjoying benefits and job stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections.
• Train on premium Cadillac vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work.
• Learn how to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Consistent workflow in a high-volume Cadillac service department.
• Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role.
