Job summary

Larson Automotive Group in Tacoma is seeking entry-level Automotive Technicians with paid training to build real hands-on skills in a fast-paced service department. This role supports experienced technicians and offers a clear path to Journeyman and Master Technician positions.

Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and able to work well in a structured shop setting. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and vehicle purchase programs.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work well with others within a team concept and environment.
• Candidates must have excellent work ethics, communication skills and the ability to execute maintenance and repair processes that meet time expectations to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics; learn shop processes, tools, and repair procedures.
• Support the service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Build skills that lead into advanced technician roles.
