Job summary

LEAP is seeking a Vehicle Integration Technician in Colorado to assemble, align, and test rocket vehicle hardware with precision. You will work from engineering drawings, support toolless assembly, and use portable metrology tools to ensure tight tolerances and proper LOX cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle, aircraft, or spacecraft assembly and integration.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and work instructions.
• Hands-on precision drilling, fastening, and toolless assembly techniques.
• Attention to quality and safety in a hardware-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of rocket vehicle structures and subsystems.
• Use portable metrology to verify fit and alignment and support toolless assembly.
• Integrate avionics, fluid systems, and structural components per drawings and instructions.
• Complete build paperwork, inspection records, and non-conformance documentation.
