The role emphasizes precision assembly, inspections, and 5S workplace practices. Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in assembly and testing: fluids, avionics, vehicle components, systems testing

Responsibilities

• Install avionic and mechanical components on Neutron launch vehicles.
• Work with wiring harnesses and high‑voltage batteries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet schedules.
• Maintain high-precision assembly including crimping and soldering.
• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship standards.
• Contribute to setting up local 5S work centers.
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to high-priority work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
