Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced operations integrator to own CONOPS, architecture, and interfaces for the New Glenn program. You will guide development, testing, and feed lessons learned into flight-vehicle operations, coordinating with stage-level leads to define constraints for test and launch teams.

The role requires a diligent, future-thinking candidate who can manage complex data and is passionate about Blue Origin’s mission of millions living and working in space for Earth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic system principles, components, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Write operations documents detailing testing requirements, lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations to ensure system integration.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide on-console support for tests, launches, and recovery operations.
