Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a manufacturing technician to prepare and assemble launch system components and subassemblies. You will follow established procedures, read blueprints and specifications, and use precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerances.

The role requires hands-on experience with hydraulic/mechanical equipment, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed; technical college credits preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing or maintenance experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T concepts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret work assignments and safety regulations.
• Disassemble, assemble, and inspect components and subassemblies as specified.
• Use measuring tools to verify tolerances and ensure correct fit.
• Maintain tools and clean work area; document work performed.
