Beghou invites a Launch Consultant to support biopharma clients preparing for launch. You’ll participate in all launch phases, translating high-level vision into actionable strategy and collaborating across functions to align goals.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in biopharma or life sciences with launch readiness experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level clients.
• Clear written and verbal communications; able to craft compelling messages.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Consultant to understand client vision, strategic objectives, and launch requirements.
• Conduct business analyses to identify readiness gaps, collect and synthesize data, and perform market/competitive/operational assessments.
• Lead smaller workstreams: build draft recommendations, roadmaps, and deliverables for review and refinement by senior leadership.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders, asking incisive questions to clarify goals, risks, and success metrics.
• Identify areas of misalignment across client functions, proactively flag issues, and either convene stakeholders or raise to leadership for resolution.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with client teams; act as a people-savvy connector across functions.
