Responsabilidades

• Complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Use PLACE lead generation tools consistently each week.
• Work closely with buyers to sign agreements and find the right homes.
• Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers with confidence.
• Keep track of tasks using PLACE Technology.
• Host two open houses every month.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
• Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team.
• Get involved in team activities and support colleagues.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Guide sellers through the listing process and help market their homes.
• Share knowledge on pricing, staging, and listing essentials.
