Responsibilities

Graduate from the Agent Launch Program.
Assist buyers in finding and securing homes and craft winning offers.
Provide market knowledge and professional guidance throughout home buying/selling.
Negotiate offers and close deals with supported training.
Lead generation for 15+ hours weekly with provided scripts and tools.
Host 3+ open houses per month to grow business.
Participate in team training and coaching to sharpen skills.
Track performance in CRM and tech systems.
