Job summary

Jazwares, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by gathering materials, communicating updates, and ensuring accurate item data for orders. You will be the primary contact for Account Managers and in-house customers, helping set up and ready products for launch.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in an administrative role, strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external item data from start to finish to meet product launch timelines.
• Submit new items for in-store or online listings with cross-functional assets and accurate product information.
• Process and track customer samples, complete quote sheets, and assist with catalog maintenance.
• Oversee factory setup and maintenance, coordinating with factory liaisons for efficient operations.
• Maintain multiple databases and communicate changes to item information.
• Assist in developing new procedures for information submission to ensure Ready for Launch.
• Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and system audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
