Job summary

CelLink Corporation is seeking a Tech Transfer Process Engineer to drive the migration of pilot processes into robust, scalable high-volume manufacturing across power and data transmission applications. You’ll partner with NPI, Design, Operations, Quality, Equipment, and Controls teams to ensure reliable launches with strong yield and cycle-time targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering/science field.
• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience.
• Proven experience transitioning processes from pilot to high-volume production.
• Strong background in design for manufacturability, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• Experience with production launches, process transfers and scale-up activities.
• Prior manufacturing start-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the transfer of products from NPI into high-volume manufacturing with travel to HQ as needed.
• Scale and mature manufacturing processes from NPI to repeatable, high-volume production focusing on yield, throughput, cycle time, quality, and manufacturability.
• Establish and validate process windows, operating parameters, and control strategies for production targets.
• Lead process qualification, capability studies, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve gaps and drive launch readiness.
• Provide hands-on, on-site launch ownership and line support during ramp; troubleshoot issues.
