Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field and 3+ years in manufacturing or production, with hands-on equipment experience and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical discipline as listed.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
• Experience with process development, validation, and scale-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Support process characterization, optimization, validation builds, and scale-up from NPI to high-volume manufacturing.
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment used for CelLink’s interconnect technologies.
• Assist in engineering builds, process validation activities, and production launches.
• Collect, organize, and document process data including yield, cycle time, and defect trends.
• Develop and improve process documentation, procedures, and equipment recipes.
• Transfer new manufacturing processes to production teams via operator training and knowledge transfer.
