Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to partner with the Commercial organization, translating market, patient, payer, and competitive insights into actionable actions that accelerate launch readiness and optimize commercial performance.

The role leads the BI function for a major dermatology product launch, integrating primary market research, secondary analytics, and healthcare data to inform brand strategy, market access, and deployment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Science, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience delivering strategy and insights for Lifesciences industry.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, data visualization and navigating fast-paced launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BI strategy to support launch readiness, commercial planning, and brand growth.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research programmes across HCPs, patients, payers, and stakeholders.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations shaping brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market decisions.
• Build and maintain customer segmentation and market landscape frameworks for opportunities and barriers.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, and Analytics teams to embed insights into planning.
