Job summary

Walmart, headquartered in Bentonville, AR, seeks a Senior Manager, Expansion Operations within Data Ventures. You will orchestrate cross-functional expansion programs, align stakeholders, and drive readiness for large-scale transformations across markets and banners.

You will lead readiness activities, manage risks, and ensure successful activation, while partnering with merchants, associates, and external partners to accelerate adoption of new tools, workflows, and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Strong financial management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-workstream expansion initiatives and translate expansion strategies into executable change initiatives.
• Lead readiness activities across expansion opportunities, identifying requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Equip cross-functional teams with messaging, onboarding, and support to ensure user success.
• Evaluate current plans for effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure successful launch and integration through strategic stakeholder management.
