Job summary

Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, seeks a Launch Operations Manager to drive integrated launch planning from early readiness to post-launch stabilization. You will own milestones, dependencies, and a transparent readiness view while coordinating with field partners, Regions, and enterprise functions to execute shared priorities.

You will establish governance, manage risks, and escalate issues to leadership as needed, ensuring timely decisions and clear accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional launches or large programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated CE launch planning from readiness through post-launch stabilization.
• Establish launch governance, readiness reviews, and escalation pathways.
