Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to launch a new outpatient clinic in St. George, UT. The role emphasizes one-on-one care with a four-day workweek and a team-based clinical model rather than productivity targets.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, manual therapy, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Licensure in Utah (or eligibility) and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• In-state Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility to license in Utah.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
• Ability to deliver hands-on outpatient rehab with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one PT sessions with no double-booking.
• Conduct evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Manage caseload of musculoskeletal injuries using manual therapy and exercise.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for patient care.
• Document care in EMR with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise PTAs as needed.
• Guide patients on goals and progress.
• Help establish therapy services at the new clinic.
