Job summary

BWH Hotels is hiring a Launch Property Sales Manager to oversee the remote sales ramp-up and activation for a portfolio of new properties. You will provide direct sales engagement, strategic consulting, and cross‑functional support with Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to ensure successful activations.

The role involves leading the ramp‑up, aligning with brand standards, and driving revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel sales
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, sales, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the remote sales activation and ramp‑up for newly activating properties.
• Conduct pre‑activation and post‑activation consulting for brand integration.
• Lead direct sales efforts during ramp‑up, prospecting and securing new business.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Marketing and Revenue Management for alignment.
• Create and implement property‑specific sales activation plans and analyses.
• Utilize revenue management insights to optimize revenue at launch.
• Provide updates and performance summaries in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI/industry data to monitor performance and trend insights.
