The role partners with Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Revenue Management to optimize launch performance and revenue opportunities while building strong relationships with property leadership and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, communication, and sales strategy development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work remotely.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and create structure in emerging sales environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills and understanding of competitive landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the remote sales activation and ramp-up for newly activating properties.
• Conduct pre-activation and post-activation consulting for brand onboarding.
• Lead direct sales efforts during ramp-up, prospecting and securing new opportunities.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Revenue Management for alignment.
• Create property-specific sales activation plans with competitive analysis.
• Use revenue management insights to optimize launch revenue opportunities.
• Provide regular updates, reporting, and performance summaries.
• Leverage AI tools and industry data to monitor performance and trends.
• Cultivate relationships with property leadership and internal teams for long-term success.
