Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an eCommerce Launch & Performance Specialist to own the full Amazon launch lifecycle, from pre-launch readiness to post-launch performance tracking. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure listings are optimized and insights drive execution.

Based in Minnesota, the role requires 2-4 years Amazon experience and a hands-on approach to optimizing promotions, SEO, and content.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience with direct involvement in growth tactics (Promotions, Advertising)
• Understanding of Amazon SEO, search visibility, and ranking factors
• Familiarity with category intelligence tools like Profitero or Helium 10
• Strong analytical skills; able to build and interpret performance reports
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously
• Proactive communicator who can coordinate across teams and operate with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Pre-Launch Readiness: conduct keyword and competitive research to inform product positioning, pricing, and content strategy
• Go-to-Market Execution: coordinate launch timing, execute promotions, and support ad campaigns
• Post-Launch Performance Tracking: monitor KPI trends, identify gaps, and adjust content/pricing/ads
• Category & Competitive Intelligence: track trends, identify white space, and surface gaps post-launch
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Marketing and Product to share insights and ensure smooth handoff and ongoing catalog maintenance
