Job summary

Front Row Group is a remote-first ecommerce growth partner focused on paid marketing across marketplaces, including Amazon, using Catapult technology to drive strategy, pricing and channel insights worldwide.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years of retail media experience, strong analytics, and budget management of sizable monthly spend to lead client campaigns and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Media Experience
• Amazon Vendor Central Experience Required, Seller Central is a plus
• Budget management of over $250,000 per month
• Strong data analytics and strategy background
• Client facing experience navigating complex client needs
• Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
• PPC tools such as Helium 10 or DataHawk are a plus
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own paid growth marketing initiatives (PPC, Programmatic) for key accounts on Amazon marketplace
• Lead and optimize marketing campaigns within Omni-Marketplace ecosystems
• Report KPIs and results to clients, with data-driven recommendations
• Conduct regular review calls to discuss trends, performance and opportunities
• Coordinate with analytics and creative teams to optimize brand performance
• Plan and execute digital ad campaigns to meet stakeholder goals
• Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members across regions
