Job summary

ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor supporting missions in space, public health, and defense. The role focuses on mission communication support, coordination of rehearsals and launch activities, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

The candidate will coordinate between Space Force, internal teams, and customers, manage voice network configurations, and provide on-site support during key events. A Secret Clearance is required, US citizenship mandatory.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in customer requirement integration; launch base operations experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Self-driven in a high paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; able to brief stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance; US citizenship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for mission communication support and integration.
• Assess and address customer communication needs aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling between Space Force, internal teams, and customers for rehearsals and launch prep.
• Manage and update mission communication documentation consistently.
• Oversee voice network configurations, perform validation, and provide on-console support during rehearsals and launches.
• Participate in essential integration meetings as needed.
