Job summary

Landing is seeking a Launch Operations Manager to lead the rollout of new autopilot properties across East Coast markets. You will oversee the entire launch process from sign-through to installation, coordinating movers, crews, and contractors while controlling costs and timelines.

You will train on-site teams, manage budgets, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders. Expect hands-on work, travel, and a fast-paced environment supporting rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a field operations, logistics, or related role.
• Willingness to learn and train contractors across various trades (painting, moving, mounting).
• Demonstrated project management across multiple launches and vendors.
• Ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure installations meet standards.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence launches for multiple projects (~2-week timelines).
• Source, negotiate, and contract movers, cleaners, painters, and installers.
• Lead on-site operations: coordinate with property teams and contractors; close punch lists.
• Train contractors on tasks to ensure quality and professionalism.
• Coordinate remotely with stakeholders via Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace; provide status reports.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure units meet brand standards before hand-off.
