Job summary

Biogen is seeking the Head of Immunology Patient Engagement to design and lead the end-to-end patient journey across the immunology portfolio in the U.S. You will integrate patient support operations, digital engagement, hub and specialty pharmacy partners to remove access barriers and improve outcomes.

You will build and scale a high-performing team, partner with commercial, market access, analytics, IT, and field teams, and drive launch readiness for lupus and future therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare with leadership.
• 10+ years leading patient services, engagement or support.
• Proven success building patient programs, hub operations, and engagement models.
• Experience launching new products and patient services strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and end-to-end post-prescription patient journey across immunology portfolio.
• Design and optimize patient engagement programs improving initiation, adherence and persistence.
• Ensure integrated patient experience across support, digital platforms, hubs and partners.
• Identify access barriers and operational gaps; translate insights into improvements.
• Set governance, metrics and performance standards across programs and vendors.
