Job summary

Nightingale Veterinary Partners is seeking a Launch Operations Associate to support the opening of new veterinary practices and provide coverage at existing hospitals. This junior-level role requires previous veterinary hospital experience and involves four-to-six weeks on-site during launches, with travel and early/late shifts as needed.

When not launching, you will work regular shifts at our hospitals. You will help with equipment preparation, room setup, go-live support, and basic systems

Qualifications

  • Previous veterinary hospital experience is required.
  • Experience as veterinary assistant, technician, client service representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with physical, administrative, and basic technical tasks.
  • Able to work independently and manage changing priorities.
  • Comfortable traveling and working early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, organize, and track equipment and supplies.
  • Match packing slips to purchase orders and report missing or damaged items.
  • Stage equipment and supplies in the correct rooms and keep work areas organized.
  • Maintain a punch list and track outstanding items.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers, vendors, and installers.
  • Take photos, document issues, and follow up on incomplete work.
  • Prepare rooms, workstations, and supplies before staff arrive.
  • Help staff set up and log in.
  • Answer basic questions about supplies, rooms, and equipment.
  • Restock supplies and test labels, barcodes, phones, printers, and payment terminals.
  • Escalate operational issues as they arise.
  • When not assigned to a launch, work regular shifts at existing veterinary hospitals based on staffing and operational needs.

We are building a company focused on clinical excellence, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Launch Operations Associate who wants to play a meaningful role in helping shape the future of the organization.

We are hiring a Launch Operations Associate to support the opening of new veterinary practices and provide regular coverage at our existing hospitals.

This junior-level, hands-on role requires previous veterinary hospital experience. During a launch, this person will typically spend four-to-six weeks onsite preparing the hospital and supporting the team through go-live. When not assigned to a launch, they will work regular shifts at our existing practices.

The role requires out-of-state travel, including overnight stays several times per year.

What Success Looks Like

The Launch Operations Associate helps make sure new hospitals are organized, stocked, tested, and ready for the team and clients. The right person will notice what needs to be done, keep track of details, work well with others, and communicate quickly when something needs additional support.

Launch Support

Go-Live Support
  • Help staff set up and log in

Existing Hospital Support
  • When not assigned to a launch, work regular shifts at existing veterinary hospitals based on staffing and operational needs.
Basic Systems Support:

This is not an IT role, but the associate will assist with basic setup and testing.

  • Test logins, printers, phones, scanners, tablets, internet, email, shared drives, and payment terminals
  • Confirm basic ezyVet functions, templates, permissions, and printing
  • Troubleshoot simple issues, open support tickets, and elevate problems as needed
Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to unpack, move, and organize equipment and supplies

What We Offer:
  • The salary range for this role is: $58,000-$65,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies
