Job summary
Siemens Digital Industries Automation in the United States seeks rising and recent engineering graduates for its Automation Genesis program – Discrete Engineering Track. The first six months are based in Mason, OH, with subsequent placement at a DI Automation hub or customer region based on business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Strong programming proficiency in languages/environments (IEC 61131-3, C#, Python, C/C++, Java).
- Excellent communication and ability to scope customer needs and work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Engage in training, workshops, and engineering projects to learn Siemens DI Automation portfolio.
- Provide technical consultation and support pre-sales activities, including scoping customer requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and commission automation applications using factory automation technologies.
- Master internal enablement tools and simulation platforms.
- Drive digital transformation for customers through IIoT, additive manufacturing, and robotics innovations.
