Job summary

Siemens is seeking rising and recent engineering graduates for the Automation Genesis program – Customer Solution Architect/Sales Specialist track. The program begins with six months in Mason, OH, then a 12‑month development cycle across DI Automation hubs or regions including Elk Grove Village, IL, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (Industrial/Industrial Systems, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer).
• Strong interest in industrial automation and manufacturing technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and scoping workshops to translate customer needs into solution roadmaps.
• Contribute to pre‑sales efforts including proofs-of-concept and product demonstrations.
• Assist in developing solution architectures and digital transformation strategies for customers.
