Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking recent graduates for the 2027 Sales Genesis Program. The role includes a 4‑month training in Mason, OH, followed by 3–4 months in Mexico City on a fixed-term contract with potential for full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate in May 2026 - December 2026 with an engineering degree.
• Knowledge of engineering processes for design, product development and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on SISW products and solutions and answer questions on capabilities and usage.
• Support relationships with important customers and contribute to sales opportunities.
• Participate in the sales process to facilitate software sales and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
