Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree prior to start date.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to embrace change.
• Interest in shaping the future of Finance through business transformation, data‑driven decision making, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across Finance & Accounting functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain, Investor Relations, and other business areas.
• Identify and support opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign Finance processes that improve efficiency, reporting, decision‑making, and operational performance.
• Build financial models, reports, and analyses using tools such as Excel and data visualization platforms.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations that translate complex concepts into compelling business stories and clear recommendations for stakeholders and leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Utilize emerging technologies, including automation and AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support business outcomes while exercising sound business judgment.
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning while contributing to a high‑performing team environment.
