Job summary

Paired, a global staffing agency, seeks a Project Manager / Execution Lead to translate founder direction into actionable plans and own cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing, creative, and websites. You’ll work directly with the CEO, ensuring timely delivery and accountability across teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in project management within DTC or consumer hardware, with a proven track record shipping physical products.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management, operations, execution, or equivalent.
• Experience with DTC, consumer hardware, or physical-product brands with a structured launch calendar.
• Strong execution focus with ability to push for accountability without friction.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch calendar across product drops, accessory launches, content shoots, website builds, and agency deliverables.
• Manage projects end to end with clear owners, deadlines, priorities, and status.
• Run a weekly execution scoreboard and follow up on blockers and deadlines.
• Hold agencies and senior stakeholders accountable to deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Translate founder direction into concise plans, briefs, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate across teams and time zones, including the US, UK, China, and Philippines.
• Work directly with the CEO to prioritize initiatives, communicate progress, and elevate issues when needed.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks before they become larger execution problems.
• Keep teams moving quickly while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business and become a key execution partner as the company grows.
