ForceBrands is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate major cross-functional initiatives. You will translate strategic launches into actionable plans, assign ownership, track progress, and keep teams aligned through completion.
This role requires a proactive operator who identifies risks early, brings stakeholders together, and moves initiatives forward with efficient playbooks and templates. You’ll work across Retail, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Finance.
Our client is a fast-growing consumer health and wellness brand building a new generation of performance-focused products.
The company operates across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail, with a growing presence in the U.S. and international markets. The business is scaling quickly through new product launches, retail expansion, channel development, and continued investment in brand and marketing.
With that growth comes increased complexity. Major initiatives can involve Product, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and external partners working toward the same deadline. The company is looking to maintain the speed and entrepreneurial mindset of a startup while introducing the structure needed to execute consistently at scale.
The company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major cross-functional projects across the business.
You will not be responsible for completing the functional work yourself. Instead, you will ensure the work gets done by translating major initiatives into clear action plans, assigning ownership and deadlines, identifying dependencies, tracking progress, and keeping teams aligned through completion.
This role requires someone highly proactive who will identify when something is late, unclear, or at risk, bring the right stakeholders together, and keep the project moving forward.
You will also help build stronger ways of working by creating templates, checklists, and repeatable frameworks that make each launch or initiative more efficient to execute.
Projects may include retail launches, retailer onboarding, new products, new channels, marketing campaigns, events, international expansion, and internal operational initiatives.
The right person will naturally ask: Who owns this? When is it due? What needs to happen first? What could block it? What happens next?
This is not a role where you create a project plan, distribute it, and wait for updates. You will remain close to the details, keep teams moving, and take responsibility for ensuring projects are successfully delivered.
