Job summary

Howmet Aerospace in Del Rio, TX is seeking a manufacturing engineering professional to lead production projects and implement engineering programs on the shop floor. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams and ensure effective communication and training to close gaps.

The role requires up to 90% travel to Acuna, Mexico and 10% in Del Rio, TX, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred and beneficial for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns all projects, work content, and programs for production.
• Serves as the main support resource for Manufacturing regarding engineer programs on the shop floor.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and close communication/training gaps.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% to Acuna, Mexico and 10% to Del Rio, Texas, with after-hours support.
