Qualifications

• Employee must have a current US Passport to commute daily to our Mexican plant and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and manufacturing in driving improvements in quality and delivery through process control and improvement initiatives.
• Support the Plant Manufacturing Engineering team in daily process optimization and data-driven problem solving.
• Contribute to projects that improve throughput, reduce variability, and enhance process capability.
