Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Advanced Production Scheduler to help plan and execute scalable scheduling for new product launches at our Menasha facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in demand planning, materials planning, or supply chain coordination within manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/APS systems.
• Travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP master production schedules for new product launches.
• Create initial production schedules for new projects and ensure transition to local team.
• Ensure schedules align with material availability, labor resources, and capacity constraints.
• Adjust and reschedule tasks in response to downtime, material shortages, or order changes.
• Lead the discovery, vetting and adoption of new technologies in production scheduling.
• Define and create new processes and work instructions supporting scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, improve responsiveness, and reduce waste.
• Support analysis of schedule adherence, order fulfillment, and inventory performance.
• Identify improvements in scheduling logic, constraints, and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving scheduling effectiveness, lead time reduction, flow improvement, and responsiveness.
• Create and maintain PFEP for manufactured components and kanban replenishment.
• Collaborates with project management to ensure production readiness and escalate issues.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Experience forecasting and APS systems.
• Excel data analysis and reporting proficiency.
