Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end order management across Wholesale, International and Retail channels.
• Process manual sales orders and manage order exceptions.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, product and account information.
• Support new account setup and onboarding with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain visibility across open orders, backorders, allocations and shipment status.
• Partner with Logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve chargebacks and invoice discrepancies.
