Job summary

Autokiniton in Greenville, SC is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly Team Lead to oversee production on the G6X line. You will lead a rotating team, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through 6S and OEE tracking.

You will collaborate with engineers and supervisors to execute launch activities, train operators, manage work instructions, and document performance metrics on shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with launch readiness: creating work instructions and material flow.
• Train operators regarding new assembly equipment.
• Assist Plant Project Engineer with launch activities.
• Ensure safety procedures are known and followed.
• Maintain 6S standards and coordinate 6S responsibilities.
• Monitors team efficiency via OEE and downtime sheets.
• Provide associate feedback for evaluations.
• Coordinate and complete shift paperwork (scrap, OEE, inventory, quality).
• Run machine as part of team rotation.
