Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking an Assembly Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Greenville facility in Fountain Inn, SC. You’ll lead department colleagues, mentor teammates, and drive production efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, or assembly processes, plus 2–5 years of leadership experience and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping and/or assembly processes.
• Two to five years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to department colleagues.
• Mentor and develop teammates.
• Maintain maximum production utilization and efficiency.
• Provide productivity, scrap and downtime reports to the Operations Manager.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
