Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a 3rd Shift Assembly Production Supervisor to lead a skilled team at the Greenville, SC facility, drive production utilization, mentor staff, and deliver key productivity reports. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, safe operations, and strong problem-solving guidance in a fast-paced environment; two to five years of leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to mentor and teach the team in problem-solving methods.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of stamping and/or assembly processes.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to department colleagues consistent with plant goals.
• Provide mentoring and development for colleagues.
• Maintain maximum production utilization and efficiency.
• Provide productivity, scrap, downtime and other reports to the Operations Manager.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
