PlusOne Bio, a U.S. subsidiary of Pluslife, is seeking a Market Development Associate to build new molecular POC diagnostics opportunities across Latin America. You will explore uncharted markets, validate opportunities with customers and KOLs, and shape early commercial strategies, tests, and partnerships while traveling within the region.

This role emphasizes learning fast, customer insight, and turning findings into actionable plans across diverse countries and health settings.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong English skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Ability to engage diverse external stakeholders with credibility.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Explore new markets and applications for molecular POC diagnostics in LATAM.
• Talk directly with customers, clinicians, veterinarians, laboratories, and universities to validate opportunities.
• Identify target accounts and understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Build relationships with KOLs and commercial partners to move opportunities toward adoption.
• Collaborate with distributors while maintaining visibility into end-customer needs.
• Capture feedback, pricing insights, adoption barriers, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain CRM discipline and clearly communicate next steps.
