Meridian Bioscience, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Point of Care Specialist to drive profitable POC growth across TX, LA, OK, AR, and MS.

You will lead complex, enterprise-wide LeadCare II standardization efforts and coordinate with clinical, laboratory, supply-chain, and executive decision-makers. You will mentor field colleagues, manage regional accounts, and partner with distributors and Meridian teams to execute growth strategies.

Formación

• 8+ years of sales experience in laboratory/diagnostics markets.
• Experience leading cross-functional sales initiatives across complex health systems.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong planning and strategic account management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable Point of Care growth within assigned territory.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales initiatives across clinical, lab, supply-chain, admin and exec stakeholders.
• Develop and execute regional growth plans with distributors and Meridian teams.
• Mentor and develop Regional POC Specialists and sales personnel.
• Represent Meridian POC capabilities to health systems and IDNs.
