Job summary

Connect Centric, LLC. is seeking a Program Manager, Latin America to support the growth of our client’s regional presence, engagement, and member value, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.

You will execute regional strategy, contribute market insights, support member acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with international and student chapters. You will work closely with global teams, volunteer leaders, faculty advisors, and external partners to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of program management experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience supporting membership growth, engagement, or retention initiatives.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and multiple projects across countries and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional market development strategy across multiple Latin American countries.
• Research member needs and local dynamics to inform regional priorities.
• Identify and support growth opportunities through partnerships and engagement.
• Localize messaging, campaigns, and value propositions with marketing and product teams.
• Lead or support regional workshops, webinars, conferences, and partner activities.
