The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in logistics and customer service, proficiency in Excel, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and follows a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in international logistics, customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing international shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders.
• Working knowledge of export and shipping documentation, including ITNs and customs paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders for Latin America markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Latin America customers.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely communication.
